Hope to see you in a workshop soon - I will be adding some meetups for January and February soon
I highly recommend Green Pastures for the fermented cod liver oll/butter - Azure Standard online has the best prices but you have to call or email to get the catalog code for them - they can't publish it

Perhaps you might come to the next Organ Meat Made Easy workshop?
