I still do think solving any such small problem (like that 1 DMV flaw) in a way that would never come back in any similar problem, would lead to world peace, but I have an exponentially more effective plan, called the "usa quantum law challenge". Search for it at randi.org for details. After I created that strategy, to my surprise, it was the missing piece in my AGI software design. The hierarchy is: Every Friendly-AI is an AGI, and every AGI is an AI.
